Fans of the original game eagerly anticipate Chivalry 2, which will bring even more of what the original Chivalry was famous for: brutal medieval combat. The game’s development began in 2017 and the composer has highlighted the soundtrack.

The concept is straightforward and can be explored in traditional video games with titles such as For Honor. However, Chivalry 2 has received incredible attention.

The first Chivalry was dedicated to bloody action, but also fun. All of this has led to many players asking questions about the game. One of the most critical questions is: Does Chivalry 2 allow crossplay?

This is an important question considering the number of consoles Chivalry II will be available for. A brutal trailer showcasing Chivalry 2’s gameplay clarifies that players will soon be able to kill their opponents with multiple controller options.

Chivalry 2 will launch on all current and previous-gen consoles. It is available for both PS4 and PS5 and Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. It will also launch on PC. This is in response to many players’ wishes, as it has crossplay support for all these consoles.

The developers confirm this feature. The official Chivalry 2 website has an FAQ that provides information about the various consoles available for the game. The FAQ states that crossplay will be possible between all platforms.

This is logical, since Chivalry 2 beta had crossplay and worked well. Although some titles are not allowed to be fully cross-played on PlayStation consoles, this won’t be the case for Chivalry 2.

A full match of Chivalry 2 can have 64 players. It is not difficult to find full matches as the game draws this number from many consoles. They will be fine if they know how to invite their friends in Chivalry 2.

A server browser for Chivalry 2 has been added to the console ports to allow players to access specific servers. This is a highly-requested feature, which will give players the same level of control as the PC version.

Although the Epic Games Store has the PC version for one year only, many players will not find it an issue considering all of what’s available.
