Well, the Normal type Pokemon Stantler can be obtained quite early during the gameplay. There are great chances that you will encounter a Stantler during the main mission called “The Frenzy of the Lord of the Woods” in the Obsidian Fieldlands near the Heights Camp. you can also find Stantlers in or on the outskirts of the Glacier Terrace in the Alabaster Icelands. 

The most suitable locations to find a Stantler in Pokemon Legends Arceus are the Deertrach Heights in Obsidian Fieldlands, at the Windbreak Stand of the Cobalt Coastlands, or within the Wayward Wood of the Coronet Highlands. 

In the Obsidian Fieldlands, you have the chance of even finding an Alpha Stantler, so, this is the most recommended location for you to look around. 

Once you have your Stantler, the next step is to finally evolve it, however, this step is not that easy, as it is quite time-consuming. 

To make your Stantler eligible for evolution, you must use it in as many battles as possible throughout the game.

One more thing that you need to know is that if you catch a Stantler either in the Cobalt Coastlands or in the Coronet Highlands, most of the time these Stantlers have already learned the Psyshield Bash move and have often even mastered it.
