Then you have to take one of the sweets that you won from the Battle Cafe and give it to your Milcery. 

Just as you do this, you have to spin the analog stick on your left in a circular motion and do this to make your character strike a pose, and when this happens, your Milcery will immediately be evolved. As simple as that!
