What is the reason Halo 5 does not have split-screen?
In the beginning, 343 director Josh Holmes said the decision to take down split-screen from Halo 5 “was one of the toughest decisions we’ve made as a studio”. “We are aware that Halo has meant playing with players in the same room for a lot of our players,” he said.
How can you play splitscreen on Halo 5 multiplayer?
Halo 5 is not going to feature split-screen multiplayer. This means that you can’t use Halo 5 without having another console. Then, only you can add your friend in the lobby before playing the game.
